Maddy Sposito

A lover of all things goalkeeping, Maddy founded Happy Hockey GK after seeing the desperate need to make field hockey goalkeeping training & education accessible in the United States.

With over 15 years of experience in developing goalkeepers of all skill levels & age around the world, Maddy has an extensive coaching resume. With 10+ years in NCAA Field Hockey Division 1 & 5+ years with USAFH Junior National Teams, Maddy has worked with goalkeepers to prepare them to succeed at the highest levels of domestic and international competition. She also has held many roles such as Technical Director, Head Coach, Head Goalkeeper Coach in several youth clubs in the US.

In addition to coaching, Maddy is also a video analyst having worked with the USA Men’s National Team, USA Women’s Indoor National Team, USAFH Junior National Teams & for Belgium Club Men’s & Women’s Teams playing in the top Belgium Hockey League.

Maddy holds a USA Field Hockey Level II & an FIH Level III accreditation. With a passion for goalkeeping and sharing knowledge, Maddy can help develop goalkeepers into their #1.
